A closer look: Replacing a clunky internal booking tool

Picture a small clinic booking appointments through a shared spreadsheet and a lot of phone tag, where double bookings happen more often than anyone would like to admit.

We would build a simple booking app: patients pick a time online, staff see a clean calendar, and reminders go out automatically. Nothing fancy, just fast, and built to handle the edge cases a spreadsheet quietly gets wrong.

The first version ships in weeks, not months, and gets refined from there based on what staff and patients actually run into.
